Robert A. Parisi, Jr. is the Senior Vice-President and Chief Underwriting Officer of eBusiness Risk Solutions
for American International Group, Inc. Mr. Parisi joined the AIG group of companies in 1997 and has
held several executive and legal positions. Immediately prior to his current position, Mr. Parisi was
Chief Underwriting Officer for Technology and Professional Liability. Prior to joining AIG, Mr. Parisi
had been in private practice, principally as legal counsel to Lloyds of London. Mr. Parisi graduated cum laude
from Fordham College and received his law degree from Fordham University School of Law.
He is admitted to practice in New York and the US District Courts for the Eastern and
Southern Districts of NY. Mr. Parisi has spoken before various business, technology, legal and
insurance forums throughout the world, as well as writing, on issues effecting intellectual
property, the Internet, e-commerce and insurance.
