Robert Heverly is an attorney and has been practicing law in New York State since 1993. From 1992-2001 was at the Government Law Center of Albany Law School, most recently as assistant director. While at the Center, Mr. Heverly focused on the law and policy of technology, telecommunications, and the Internet, among other areas related to government and public administration. In August 2001, he returned to his studies, becoming a graduate fellow at Yale Law School, where his research focuses primarily on information technology and telecommunications. He is an honors graduate of Albany Law School and the State University of New York College at Oswego, and anticipates receiving his LL.M. (Master of Laws) from Yale Law School in May 2002.
